Each specialism has a consultant who works that desk continuously. They know the candidate market, the prevailing pay bands and where the strongest passive candidates currently sit. That continuity is what produces a vetted shortlist within the week, instead of a hopeful pile of CVs.
The specialism is the starting point. The brief is the substance. We listen first, calibrate the salary against current data, and only then start approaching candidates. Three to six properly vetted candidates per brief, with our written notes attached.
We do not run supply desks, locum desks or temporary teaching pools. We do not place clinical school nurses (those sit better with healthcare specialists). And we do not place into nursery group settings outside school provisions. Everything else, we will take a look.
